Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment.
  • In case of late cancellation, 50% of the services reserved must be paid.
  • Absence without cancellation costs the price of the service.
  • Cancellations must be made by phone or SMS.
  • Cancellation by email is not accepted as it may not be received.
